- Barista. Connections Coffee is a separate organization owned and operated by Melissa UMC. We are currently hiring baristas for Sunday mornings. This is an hourly position. Want to learn how to make fun coffees? Training is available. Our baristas are the first ‘hello’ people see as they enter Melissa UMC.
